Analysis
The analysis of the aerobic bacterial count can be performed at different temperatures. This depends on the type of product. They are usually incubated for 3 days, after which the colonies formed are counted. In addition to the vegetative bacteria, aerobic spores, aerobic thermophilic and thermoresistant bacteria can also be determined.
NutriControl can determine the aerobic bacterial count with a method that is performed in accordance with NEN-EN-ISO 4833-1 and -2.
