The fat content is typically determined using a gravimetric method, where the fat is extracted, dried, and then quantified. Since fat can be present in both liquid and dry products, either bound or unbound to other components such as proteins, NutriControl applies a wide range of fat analysis methods to ensure accurate determination of fat content.
