Besides that nucleotides like inosine monophosphate, guanosine monophosphate and adenosine monophosphate are also used as a taste enhancer. They are used to create the taste ‘umami’. It’s one of the five basic tastes like sweet, sour, salt and bitter.
Analysis
The method developed by NutriControl is capable to analyze nucleotides from a sample small as 10mg. We use the HPLC method for determining the amount of nucleotides within your sample.
