Analysis

NutriControl has a lot of analysis methods that are validated and accredited to determine carbohydrates. We regularly analyze the amount of starch in products with the enzymatic method and polarimetric method (Ewers). Besides that we can determine the amount of soluble or gelatinized starch.

Methods

We also have different methods to determine the scale and composition of fiber fractions, like crude fibre, neutral detergent fibre (NDF), acid detergent fibre (ADF) and acid detergent lignin (ADL).

By combining the different analysis methods mentioned above, we can give you a clear overview of the size, composition and degradability of the fibre fractions and carbohydrate fractions in food and feed products.
