Chromatography Department

At NutriControl, the chromatography department is equipped with a wide range of high-quality chromatographic instrumental techniques. These techniques include liquid chromatography with mass-mass detection (LC-MSMS) and gas chromatographic with mass-mass detection (GC-MSMS), as well as advanced amino acid analyzers.

By applying ingenious and complex sample pretreatments, we can perform these chromatographic analyses in a wide variety of matrices and, if desired, at very low levels (picogram/kg). Our ISO 17025 accredited analyses are evidence of our accuracy and reliability.

Gas & Liquid Chromatography

Some examples of gas chromatographic analyses we conduct include the fatty acid composition of fats/oils, measurement of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), pesticide residues, dioxins, and PCBs.

For liquid chromatographic analyses, we offer analyses for mycotoxins such as aflatoxin and HT2, as well as vitamins, organic acids, amino acids, sugars, and antioxidants.
