Analysis
The analysis of nitrofurans is ISO 17025 accredited. This test method is performed with an advanced LC-MS / MS analyzing system. This allows very low reporting limits to be achieved with great accuracy. In addition to AHD (1-aminohydantoin), AOZ (3-amino-2-oxazolidinone), AMOZ (3-amino-5-morpholinomethyl-1,3-oxazolidinone), SEM (semicarbazide) is also analyzed. A distinction can be made between "total" and "tissue-bound" metabolites.
